ARTWORK & PROOFING
Design - When we confirm your order, we will have already established the design, colours, logos and typeface and so we have the information that allows us to go into production.
Winners and Categories - Next we need the names of your categories and recipients names. We will give you a specific date for when we need this information. It is very important for you to supply this information to us by the deadline date because any delay will inevitably be reflected in a the despatch date. We don't want you to miss your event!
Proofing - We will prepare your artwork and send over 'proofs' for you to approve before we apply the categories/names to the awards. A proof is a mock up of how the names and categories will appear on the awards. You will need to check (and double check) the proofs to make sure there are no errors as we are unable to make changes once we have applied them to the awards. Please take care to check spellings very carefully. If an award needs to be remade as a result of incorrect but proofed artwork, it will be necessary to charge for rectifying the error.
