How to Order

Your Vision - We have decades of experience in designing and producing bespoke awards to fit any theme, aesthetic, budget and time frame. If you have a fully formed idea then send us a description and any imagery that you have via our 'Get A Quote' form. We will then work out the best materials and methods of production to achieve your vision.

Free Design Service - We will send you a visualisation of your award along with a quote. If you’re not quite sure what you want or what’s possible, just send us your event details, the quantity you require, a rough budget and your required delivery date. We will design an award tailored to your event which aligns with your brand identity. Whatever your need, we have the expertise to make your event truly special. 

Artwork Information - When designing a bespoke award we will likely need you to send us various assets in order to produce your visual. You will be talked through each step of this process by our in-house designers, covering brand colours, logos, typeface, and graphics and any other questions that you may have. To go into production, we will also need you to send us details for the categories and recipients of your awards. We will need these in good time before your despatch deadline. It's important that you provide the information according to our deadline so that you receive your awards on time. 

Off the Shelf Awards

 

Ordering - You can either place your order for Off the Shelf awards via our shopping cart or, Get in Touch if you prefer to speak to someone.

Proofing your Award - We have a simple proofing process that will deliver your award on time and exactly as you imagined. If you’re unsure how to proof, you can follow our simple proofing guide here. Keep your eyes peeled for any mistakes, because once the proofs have been approved we cannot guarantee that we can make any amendments. Last minute changes inevitably delay your delivery date.

Delivery information - Our bespoke awards are all unique, so the turnaround times will be discussed as part of the free design service. Once completed, your awards will be couriered to you from our central London location. We deliver to any UK postcode, but if you’re outside of the UK, please get in touch to find out more information about delivery times.

Lead times - Please note that all turnaround times are calculated from approval of artwork and receipt of payment.
