Delivery

Delivery time-scales vary depending on the type of award stock and processes.

For Bespoke Awards delivery is usually 4-6 weeks from confirmation of order, however, this is only a guide as production process vary for each individual order. We will give you a firm delivery date prior to confirmation of your order.

For Off-the-Shelf awards the delivery times vary dependent on material and complexity of the award, delivery times are on product pages. However, if your order is more urgent, please contact us in order to discuss express delivery.

UK delivery is always £20 and prices are subject to VAT at 20% at checkout.

If your delivery has not arrived when specified please notify us immediately in order for us to track your order.

Creative Awards London Ltd. makes no guarantee regarding arrival times via standard delivery.

The customer shall be responsible for inspecting their goods on delivery and must inform Creative Awards London Ltd. of any defect or shortage in the order within 3 days of receipt.

Deliveries to Ireland, Scotland and overseas are by quotation. You can enquire here.

Once dispatched and proof of dispatch has been confirmed we cannot be liable for any consequential loss.
